One of my biggest goals is to apply to the MFA program at Yale. I have never gotten a chance to go visit the campus nor their Art Gallery, so when I had the chance to go last week, I jumped on opportunity.
I was surprised at how much I liked New Haven. Its a tiny city but seems like a really perfect place to live and study. I was also very impressed by the Gallery. It reminded me of a mini version of the MET in NYC. They had a great collection of accent Greek and Egyptian art and a very good collection of European art. Oh and did I mention it was free?? I would definitely recommend taking a trip up to New Haven to check it out. I will be taking another trip to see the British Arts Museum across the street!
